What Is Boxercise?

Boxercise is a safe, effective and fun form of exercise designed to help you lose weight and build confidence. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability, these exercises include crossfit-like routines mixed with the fundamentals of boxing techniques on a low- to- high-intensity level for group and personal training. Boxercise focuses on cardio with intense combination punching, but ties in agility for quick reaction, hand- and- eye-coordination for faster response, balance, strength, flexibility, mental focus, timing, self-confidence. Running several days per week, either outdoors or on a treadmill, is a simple and effective way to lose weight; but suffers from repetition. Boxercise is not brutal, but proven to be helpful even for those who suffer from Parkinson’s disease and other neurological disorders. Zach is certified to train people who suffer from Parkinson’s disease through certifications from Coors Core Fitness accredited by the American Council of Exercise and the Brian Grant Foundation.
