What Is Boxercise?
Boxercise is a safe, effective and fun form of exercise designed to help you lose weight and build confidence. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability, these exercises include crossfit-like routines mixed with the fundamentals of boxing techniques on a low- to- high-intensity level for group and personal training. Boxercise focuses on cardio with intense combination punching, but ties in agility for quick reaction, hand- and- eye-coordination for faster response, balance, strength, flexibility, mental focus, timing, self-confidence. Running several days per week, either outdoors or on a treadmill, is a simple and effective way to lose weight; but suffers from repetition. Boxercise is not brutal, but proven to be helpful even for those who suffer from Parkinson’s disease and other neurological disorders.
