Personal Training
- One on one fitness custom designed for you using low to high-intensity aerobic and anaerobic exercises with boxing fundamentals.
- We focus on improving and building lean muscle, hand-eye coordination, balance, core strength, speed, and timing.
- Your journey starts with a first-time fitness assessment. This helps us work to understand what your current strengths and weaknesses are so we can develop your custom plan to meet your fitness goals and needs.
- After 10 sessions, you will receive an exclusive workout book built using the exercises you have done and are comfortable with.
- With options for 30 minute or 60 minute sessions, we work with you and your schedule offering slots anytime between 7:00am – 8:00pm M-F or 7:00am – 2:00pm Saturdays, and varying Sunday hours.
Mobile Fitness

- Our mobile service is great for those who are looking for a fun and engaging workout that fits their schedule and can take place in the comfort of their own home.
- We specialize in calisthenics and plyometrics, so no need to worry about having equipment. We supply what you may need.
Group Fitness
Women’s Boxercise Bootcamp
- Join our Sister Soldiers on Sundays at 10:00am for our group Boxercise class.
- This class welcomes women who are at any point in their fitness journey. Whether you are new to boxercise or an experienced boxer, this class is for you.

- We will come to your office or location and conduct a group boxercise class where you and your team can learn aerobic/anaerobic exercise while learning the fundamentals of boxing.
